What personal data we process and why
There are three forms on this website. We use the data from them only for the purpose for which you sent it to us:
- Notify me about the launch – email address. Purpose: to let you know about the farm’s launch and important project milestones.
- School field trips – name, school name, email and message text. Purpose: to respond to your interest in a field trip, workshop or hands-on lesson.
- Interest in deliveries – business name, city, products of interest, email and phone. Purpose: to contact you regarding future deliveries.
The legal basis for processing is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing the address above. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.
How long we keep data
We keep form data until we have dealt with your request, but no longer than 2 years or until you withdraw your consent. After that we delete it.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. It is processed only by technical service providers that keep the website and email running (for example, the web hosting provider), under a data processing agreement.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to make the website work properly. We use analytics cookies (traffic measurement) only with your consent, which you give or refuse in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the page footer.
